Amenities & Services

Is it possible to organize in-room surprises?

Our concierge can help you organize and arrange the following:
Whole cake from ¥3,520
Flower arrangement from ¥3,300
Bottle of Sparkling Wine from ¥3,300
Balloon and decorations from ¥8,000

We can make a proposal according to your budget. For more details please feel free to ask the front desk staff.
※ Kindly note that reservations are required and can be made up to three days before the event by 6pm (JST).

Is it possible to reserve amenities before our arrival?
Some amenities can be arranged prior to your stay like baby items or items for disabled guests.
Can you receive parcels and/or luggages before our check-in?
Yes, we can receive a parcel on your behalf. Please do not forget to add the full reservation name and the check-in date. Forward your luggages to the following address:

How can I get to the hotel from Naha Airport?
Car rentals, taxis, airport limousine buses, and local buses are available. Please feel free to contact our staff for more details.
I can't find the hotel by entering the phone number in the GPS.
You can enter the Mapcode of the adjacent hotel Kafuu Resort Fuchaku CONDO・HOTEL in your GPS[206 127 348]or the phone number of the nearby PMG Golf Resort Okinawa(098-965-1100)
What payment methods are accepted by the hotel?
We accept the following credit cards, e-money, mobile payments and gift certificates:
Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diner's club, UC, DC, UFJ nicos, Saison card, UnionPay, Edy, Alipay, JTB Nice Gift.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 11am.

Rooms

Can we see the ocean from our room?
All the rooms offer a great ocean view. From the spacious private balconies guests can also enjoy great sunsets over the ocean.
Are smoking rooms available?
We apologize for the inconvenience but all guest rooms (including verandas and balconies) are strictly non-smoking. A smoking room is available on the first floor.
Is it possible to push two beds together? (hollywood twin)
This service is available in all our rooms. Feel free to ask our staff for assistance.
Are the rooms cleaned everyday?
Our Housekeeping Team cleans the room on a daily basis unless you made a reservation with a "no cleaning required" plan.
Can I share a bed with my young children?
Yes, children under the age of elementary school will not be charged accommodation fees.

Restaurants

Are there any baby food options available?
It is available free of charge at the restaurant. Please ask our staff.
※Kindly note that we do not accept orders for baby food only.
Are dogs allowed in the restaurants?
Dogs are not allowed in the dining areas. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Facilities

Is parking free of charge for guests?
Yes, it is free of charge for guests.
Can I use the hotel facilities without staying overnight?
Non-staying guests are welcome to use our shop and restaurant facilities.
(Please note that the pool is limited to staying guests only).
Is there a private beach?
We do not have a private beach however we invite our guests to use the aqua terrace and its infinity pool.

Shops

Can I ship my purchases from the hotel?
You can send your luggages or purchases at the front desk.
Can I shop at the hotel without staying overnight?
Yes, non staying guests are welcome to shop.
Is it possible to order from the shop after leaving the hotel?
Yes, it is possible via bank transfers payment. Please call the hotel for more details.
