The Ryukyu Chinese Bon Fire offers a fusion of Okinawa's cuisine with a mix of Chinese techniques.
The Ryukyuan ingredients are cooked in various Cantonese, Beijing, Szechuan, Shanghai cooking styles to bring out their best flavors.
